Minerals For Your Bones

by Erin Singh Leave a Comment

Far out!  NASA Astronauts have been advised to eat Terramin Clay to help them from losing bone density while living in a zero gravity environment in Outer Space.

We are ‘Earth Bound’ but we too can benefit from eating Terramin Clay; especially people who suffer from osteoporosis.  It has been known for centuries that our Ancestors used clay/mud internally and externally for therapeutic reasons.  It is a great body detoxifer and re-mineralizer.

The Good Old Days

I remember one camping trip, at the age of 17, where I went canoeing with some friends in a shallow lake.  We decided to jump out of our canoes into the slimy clay/mud bottom of the lake and throw mud at each other.  Not only was it fun but it was invigorating!

Terramin ClayBack to Terramin Clay

Made by Californian Earth Minerals, Terramin Clay is a calcium colloidal mineral supplement and has been listed as an “organic food” by the USDA.  A couple of weeks ago, I bought 2 lbs (0.907 kgs) of Terramin Clay in powder form from an eBay seller “Good Earth Store” as I felt their prices (including their shipping fees) were the most competitive out of other sellers.

How did Terramin get its name?  Well, Terra means “Earth” and min is abbreviated from the word “mineral”.  So Terramin Clay is Earth Mineral Clay.

Daily Calcium Supplement

Every morning before I have my breakfast, I mix one teaspoon of Terramin Clay into my alkalized water.  Before swallowing, I hold the Terramin Clay liquid in my mouth for 30 seconds to allow it to absorb into my teeth and gums.  Within a week, I noticed my finger nails became harder and even my teeth started looking better too.  It’s amazing what these extra minerals in your body can do for you.

Tips before you drink Terramin Clay

  1. Use a glass and stir your Terramin Clay powder, with a wooden spoon, in filtered alkalized water or100% apple juice which has not been concentrated.
  2. As you need to take Terramin Clay on an empty stomach, I suggest you take it after you brush your teeth and tongue in the morning; 20-30 minutes before having breakfast.
  3. If you prefer to swallow tablets instead, Good Earth Store sell Terramin Clay in tablet form.

Terramin Clay can be used with your toothpaste as a natural whitener.  Just a tiny amount on your already wet toothbrush and add a little bit of toothpaste.  I use Pure & Green Organics Certified Organics Teeth & Gums Toothpaste and their Environmental Toothbrush.  You only need one to two pumps of their concentrated toothpaste to keep your teeth, tongue and gums feeling clean and refreshed.

Discount Offer: You will receive 20% (less shipping) on any products you order from Pure & Green Organics. Read about Pure & Green Organic’s Discount here.
